British Comedian Will Receive SFF’s Honorary Heart of Sarajevo

British comedian John Cleese will be the recipient of the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo Award at the 23rd edition of Sarajevo Film Festival this year, for his contribution to the art of cinema. In honor of the comedian, the SFF will screen A Fish Called Wanda as part of its Open Air program.

John Cleese is best known for his work on the Monty Python’s Flying Circus series, the Fawlty Towers sitcom and the comedy flick A Fish Called Wanda.

In addition to comedy, he is a co-founder of Video Arts, a management and sales training video company, with Sir Antony Jay.

John Cleese is also a co-author  of two books, Families And How To Survive Them and Life And How To Survive It, with psychiatrist Robin Skynner. The books, which explore psychology, psychiatry and their popular application, became bestsellers.
