Visoko-based coffee packaging firm Vispak is selling a minority stake in local investment fund ZIF BIG Investiciona Grupa at an auction on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange scheduled for Tuesday. A total of 568,000 shares will be put up for sale at a price of KM 6.60 apiece, AW Broker, which is intermediating the transaction, said in a filing with the SASE on Monday.
ZIF BIG Investiciona Grupa has a total of 10,658,236 shares floated on the SASE, according to bourse data. The largest shareholder is the Bosnian unit of Russian lender Sberbank, which controls a 18.1% stake.
The net loss of ZIF BIG Investiciona Grupa widened to KM 8 million in the first half of 2017 from KM 1.2 million in the same period of last year.
